Institute policies
His Word lived out with clarity and care.
These policies establish open access, responsible stewardship, and honest expectations for every learner.
01
Privacy Policy
We collect only information a visitor voluntarily provides, including correspondence, an interest request, or an assisted-access application. We use it to answer requests and administer learning opportunities. We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process information needed for email, forms, course delivery, or future payments. Do not send highly sensitive personal information through ordinary email. Privacy requests may be sent to institute@peopleofhisbook.org.
02
Terms of Use
Institute material is provided for Scripture education and is not legal, medical, mental-health, financial, or other professional advice. Visitors may use it for lawful personal study but may not disrupt the service, misrepresent affiliation, harvest personal information, or commercially reproduce substantial original material without permission. Outside services control their own content and policies.
03
Course Pricing and Cancellation Policy
Courses will not share one fixed price. Each course page will state its tuition, required books, included instruction, payment structure, cancellation method, and refund conditions before enrollment. Some courses may be free, including the planned Discovery Scripture Study course. Payments are not yet active. Payments are not represented as tax-deductible unless qualified status is confirmed in writing.
04
Assisted-Access Policy
No learner will be turned away merely because the learner cannot afford to study. A request may explain the course desired, the reason for studying, what can be contributed if anything, and willingness to complete the work faithfully. Assistance depends on sponsorship and capacity, requires no unnecessary private disclosure or debt, and carries the same learning expectations. Write to assistance@peopleofhisbook.org.
05
Copyright and Resource-Use Notice
Original Institute courses, structures, guides, and writings may be used for personal, noncommercial study unless stated otherwise. Substantial copying, resale, redistribution, or derivative courses require written permission. Scripture translations, logos, excerpts, names, and third-party resources remain with their owners. HalleluYah Scriptures is the Institute’s intended primary Scriptural text, subject to the team’s guidance and permissions. The Institute claims neither ownership nor official affiliation without an express written agreement.
06
Third-Party Source and Author Notice
Institute courses may guide learners through books, public teachings, and resources created by outside authors and ministries. Required materials should be obtained from the author, ministry, publisher, or source-approved seller. The Institute will distinguish an author’s claims from its own commentary and will not reproduce substantial protected material without permission. A link, citation, or guided study does not imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.
07
